Select open in... new tab/current tab/background tab for each dial

It'd be great if you could add an option to set the opening behaviour for each dial separately. For example when I click on site A I want it to open in the current tab, but site B should be opened in a background tab and so on.

Re: Select open in...
Submitted by Anon (not verified) on Sat, 02/14/2009 - 16:55There used to be this option in the old version! Please bring it back!!! Opening multiple sites in background tabs was one of the major useful features of this add-on and I am looking for alternatives now that the update killed this option!

Select open in..new tab/current tab/background tab for each dial

When I set that feature to open in "background tab," then it sets all of my bookmarks to that, instead of just the one that I was selecting. It would be useful, for instance, to have some sites open in a background tab, such as multiple news sites, and then have the others open in the current tab, such as my email.
It is my understanding that this is what they are talking about.

Yes the setting which I was reftering too is in Preferences.
It is a Global setting so refers to all Cells.

Thanks for your clarification. I understand.
This facility is not currently available at the moment.
Many thanks
