HELP!!!! FastDial 2.23b1 + PC Firefox 3.6 = All my bookmarks and folders MIA

Out of nowhere a couple a couple days ago all my bookmarks and folders vanished. Anyone one have an suggestions on recovery? Btw, if it helps I'm running XP Pro
