Why can't I fix the height of thumbs ?

I have three suggestions:

- First suggestion. I would like a more sophisticated grouping mechanism. It would be nice to form categories, where I could have say a Business, News, Technology, Sports sections. You would then click on one of these categories, and then a fast dial page of links comes into plain site. Right now I have nearly 100 fast dial links, and it would be nice to group these links in categories.
After thought: these categories could be placed as tab-pages, so you have on each tab a set of fast dials.

- Second suggestion. I would like a stealth feature for each individual link which I could turn on and off at will. If I am in a meeting or doing a presentation and use fast dial, I would like some of the links to be non visible or shrouded - as in a curtain is covering the link - or even hidden, like as in hidden columns in Excel. A simple hot-key or button could turn every thing back to visible.

- Third suggestion. I would like to also be able to individually set the style of each fast dial link, this would allow to add color individually and/or box styles to the fast links.

Out of these suggestions, the first suggestion is the one that would really be nice to have, the others I can live without.

Last suggestion, or more of a query I guess; is fast dial open-source in anyway? If these suggestions are not high on your priority list, I wouldn't mind doing it myself.
