Hi,

May I offer to make a translation for FastDial? Should I translate and send the files directly to you, or should I do it on BabelZilla?

Yes, BabelZilla is preferred way of translating. However latest version of Fast Dial is not on BabelZilla and development is currently susplended. So you'd better wait while new version is uploaded to BabelZilla.
