Apply to all folders not working

When I configure Fast Dial appearance and hit "Apply to all folders" the settings works for some folder only and most of the time do not remian when I do a refresh in the parent folder.

I'm using version 2.8 on Firefox 3.0.1 and Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron

i confirm the bug
apply to all folders doesnt seem to work..

Have you tried a more recent Version
