I have 100 icons or links in my fast dial homepage but I have a lot more to add to fast dial. Is it possible to add more links? Right now every time I add a new ast dial link it does not appear on the limited 100 icons.

Wow.
That is a fair number.
Which Fast Dial Version are you running ?
And what are your settings in Preferences ?
That is how many cells left right and how many cells vertically.
Please give me your settings and I will try to see how many cells I can get this end.
I would have thought you should be able to get more than 100
Had you also considered maybe making a folder or two.

1- As for the version of fast dial I cannot see where it is written, usually it is under help but I suppose 2.11 under Firefox 3.03
2- The preferences are 10 X 10 which is the maximum possible
3- I did a folder and I can open the icons inside it but it opens the same icons I have and cannot make a separate folder that will take extra links
4- I found few minutes ago the "more" near the icon of fast dial and under tabs. I can do new folders and open more squares but how can I get the new icons under the new folders?
Thank you for all your hard work to help. Please feel free to answer.

Look in Tools/Addons you should be able to find Fast Dial and see the Version Number

This would appear to be the case.
However it is possible to add larger values manually
For example try adding manually a larger value.
However be very very careful.
You should be able to add for example 10 x 20 with no problem.
But be most careful not to add a three figure number by mistake.
Folders
The simplest way to create a Folder is to use the Add option in the right click context menu in Fast Dial.
However in Version 2.11 this does not work
To get round this please
1. select show empty cells
2. Click on an empty cell and in the properties Menu select Folder (top right)
By doing this you make the cell into a Folder cell.
Let me know how you get on.
