Seems like you will end up with miniature Fast Dial Page on the Toolbar.
Why not use Autohide and use the Fast Dial screen and forget the Toolbar.
The Fast Dial screen is a lot bigger.

thats the actual toolbar! lol
that is where your chosen cells will appear in the toolbar.
this is useful if ur on a page, and want to quickly use one of ur fast dial cells. now you can just hit the toolbar icon associated with it.

example:
i enable toolbar in preferences.
i go to google cell properties, toolbar tab
enable the icon, and fill in the icon file field.
the google icon now appears in my fast dial toolbar.
