What happens if you simply refresh the cell instead ?
Or maybe refresh Firefox while on the Fast Dial Page.
Or are you saying that the URL details are no longer in the Properties cell ?

Please what Version of Fast Dial are you running ?

Are you aware that if you set the Auto-refresh time to zero in Properties for a Cell that this will disable Auto-refresh completely ?

I would disable autorefresh for all your cells except one that is definitely causing problems.

Then let us concentrate on just this one cell that is going white.

Fast Dial does have difficulty in making thumbnails for certain sites

Can you post a picture ?

If we cannot resolve this then please give us the URL of a site that is causing problems and we can try to reproduce your problem.
