Blocks being erased v2.9

I have version 2.9, and I find that almost every day a block will duplicate itself in the place of another block. Anyone else experiencing this? My other add-ons are colorful tabs 3.8, pdf download 2.0 and gspace 0.5.97. I am running XP pro sp 1 and FF 3.0.5. This also has been happening before the FF update to 3.0.5
