Simple Mail in Firefox 3.1?

Hello,

I'm a little confused with Simple Mail! I installed it in Firefox but can't seem to get it to work! I assume I do not have my Pop/mail or IMAP entered correctly. I'm trying to use two email addresses...one is Gmail and the other is MSN.com. Also, I don't see anywhere on my Firefox page where I can access the Simple Mail program...is there an icon somewhere I'm not seeing? Thank you.

There should be an envelope icon in the right corner of the browser status bar, click on it to open Simple Mail. Also, Simple Mail has a toolbar button: right-click on browser toolbar, choose "Customize..." from the context menu - a window opens, find Simple Mail icon there (blue envelope) and drag-n-drop it to the toolbar.

I cannot seem to send using simple mail although the messages are 'sent' in the sent box
