I have been hunting for some information here with no luck. Therefore, I am posting this suggestion in hopes of helping myself and others out.

Some of the following is information you may want to provide to help nervous users feel more comfortable about posting new requests. The rest is info I would like to know and think would be helpful to you to have when requests are made:

• Do you want the URL/link to the site who's logo is being requested, or do you prefer to find them yourselves, and if so, how is that working out for you? Is there a format you would like us to use when listing the site/company name at all?
• Is there a protocol you would like us to use in our Subject lines so it is easier to identify something helpful for you or whomever is trying to fulfill a request?
• Assuming you agree, you could include something to the effect of it not mattering what the business is, if we bookmark it, you want to make a logo for it in the instructions as well.
• Could this information be posted as a permanent sticky at the top of each forum AND on the front page, please?
• I think you'll find it to be helpful if you add a short note letting people know who owns and operates this site and that all are welcome to make requests and/or fulfill them, so everyone needs to play nice-not that I've seen anyone here be completely hostile...exactly... o.0...OK, I have seen people posting incredibly rude... 'remarks' ...based on a false premise which doesn't really matter because they were complete JERKS regardless...@,@...and this might reduce the possibility of that happening...maybe?
