And then load them into Fast Dial from the computer.
The fact you have white backgrounds is probably because of a bug in Firefox 4.
You could try refreshing the Logo in Fast Dial in Firefox 3 to check
If you return to Firefox 4 it will stay transparent if you do not refresh
This problem in Firefox 4 is mentioned on AMO and on this site.
It is not a Fast Dial problem.
