Since a lot of people I know use AcdSee for managing / previewing / sorting of image files I thought I'd share this info with you.

Here's how you can accomplish this:
On the "Tools" menu click on "Plug-In Settings..."
A window will pop-up:

Format Factory is a great freeware program.
It can convert many kinds of videos, audio, data/music CD/DVDs, Pictures, and even videos compatible with mobile devices.

It can convert videos into audio.

New versions have more formats- so many, I can't add them all as tags!
