Do you have a need to remotely control another person’s computer? Last weekend, I had to show a friend how to use a particular piece of software–and I succeeded, from miles away! I didn’t take 1000 screen shots and make a blog post, I remotely controlled his computer, fixed the roadblock, and set him up from there. I did this all with TeamViewer, a free (for non-commercial use) app that lets you use Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X computers remotely.
