Background refresh possible?

Hey, i really like the FastDial Addon but there is one thing it would be really nice to have.
Is it possible to refresh the Background every.. 100Msecs?
I want to set my Desktop as background for Fastdial. So i have to refresh that Background everytime.
Is that possible?

What information is it that you really want from your desktop ?
Or is it transparency that you are after ? :-)

As already wrote, i'm able to retrieve the background - windows is using.
I added some stripes for a nice effect.

The rest is coming, but not today. :)
At the moment i have to fix the Performance of my application.
Because of the big size that these Pictures give, my app does takes ~500MB RAM :)

Please reduce a little more to 3 or 4 and make another picture just for me. :-)

My first suggestion was a bit extreme (that is fully transparent cells)
Maybe opacity 3/4
Just enough so that we can see the Logos but not so much that the general outline of the background is visible.
I leave for you to judge.
I guess just a little less opacity than you had in the first picture. :-)
No it was not to see the background as such
I can see here
But to simply get a balance between the two.
Your first picture was already very good...
